How much would does a 1936 atlas cost?
I have a "Collier's World Atlas & Gazetteer"
Copyrighted 1936, & in pretty good condition.
Does anyone know its value?
Check your local phone book to see if there are any antique stores that are near to you. I would contact them and see if they do evaluations. If you have any information on the atlas, it could help the evaluator establish a fair price. That information is called provenance. The more established the provenances, the better your evaluation might be. You also might want to submit a few pictures to an online auction site to see what it might fetch. There are many online and offline auction houses that specialize in old and rare books and manuscripts.
