Fishing lanyards have a bulldog clip at the bottom of the loop to attach to waders or a shirt to prevent unwanted movement or snags as you maneuver. There are several swivels with snap lock connectors used for attaching tools. Some tools will attach directly to the swivels while others it makes sense to use retractor clips that can extend up to a full 24 inches and have varying test strengths for manipulating the tools in action.
